Job Responsibility
Base on the material state, customer’s order and forecast, and MPS, I finish the plan-making of Commodity parts material,Cheap Nike shoes
allocate the stock quantity and identify the delivery schedule of venders. Report the Critical, BU-fulfillment, Issue, and deal with the critical parts and fulfill the order that customer give us. Calculate the abnormal shipment and solve issue, fulfill the shipping target of our company.
Provide the forecast to vender, (work out the raw material demand divided from MPS), I analysis the vender’s supplycheap men's nike shoes plane and track the material ETA. Optimize supply chain from vender, forward to broker till material enter factory. Manage the vender efficiency. In charge of the material stock lever and analysis date, I passed information to related department.
According to the MP schedule provided by PMC, I need check the materials status to pulling materials. Co-work with buyer, IQC engineer, PE and other department to make sure the MP can get the material on time. To sum up make sure we can achieve the production goal. I control the daily inventory at a reasonable level, and try my best to dear with the excess part.
In the process of new Model research and development, According to the PM and RD’s request collect the new model requirement. To push all the parts to come in QSMC on time to meet the demand of RD. and insure the new model pass the stage of test and RAMP smoothly.
